Reseller & Referral partners with prospective clients enlisting in a service contract with Mana Security, will receive a percentage or discount of the monthly subscription revenue, renewal subscriptions (for resale of value-added services and proprietary managed security services), and discounts off of products and services. • Special Promotions: Resellers will have the first priority in receiving special promotional offers. • Installation/Configuration Fees Waived: Resellers may perform installations and collect from client contracts independently. Mana Security will waive the installation and configuration fees. Mana Security will coordinate with the reseller partner on the IT/networking information required for managing the device(s) and service(s). • Sales: All firewall appliances and services will be purchased through Mana Security at a discounted rate, which is substantially lower than other resellers. Reseller partners will be able to receive revenue-sharing opportunities on the following fees: • Firewall Appliances • Managed Subscription • Value-Added Services (i.e., anti-virus inoculation, content filtering, VPN, etc.) • Maintenance: Mana Security will ensure the proper maintenance of the security device and monitoring service. All network-related, technical issues will be handed back to the referring partner. • Special Promotions: Referrals will have the first priority in receiving special promotional offers. • Sales: All firewall appliances and services will be offered at a substantial discount off the list price.
