Clients responding to their responsibility of establishing online security measures without purchasing a subscription should explore the Consulting Services available as a viable option.

All clients have access to the Mana Security Ohana Resource Center. The Ohana Resource Center is available to clients with security questions or concerns.

Develop and maintain a security policy for each clients network, involving password assignment/protection, folder permissions, user access, etc.

This service would include a complete assessment of each network device existing on the client's network. A Security History report, based on known security failures and weakness, will be documented. This log should continue to be maintained at the client site to document further security-related limitations for record-keeping and follow-up concerns. Lastly, an evaluation based on the strength and weakness of each network device will be provided.

Stand-alone service that entails a complete port and penetration scan to all specified IP’s. This will give Mana Security consultants a hacker’s eye view of each network and server vulnerability. Mana Security will report on these exposures and provide a recommended solution. The “Penetration Testing and Assessment” service will be offered in conjunction with the “Security Architecture Design and Integration” service described below.

This service will include any “patch work” needed to secure the client’s network based on the results of the “Penetration Testing and Assessment” report. This service also includes the exploration and documentation of the client’s network. Mana Security will provide the client with a network blueprint along with a recommendation based on a customized security integration solution and design implementation strategy.

Mana Security will provide training based on the following characteristics:

General Awareness Training and Workshops
Mana Security consultants will discuss critical issues surrounding the training focus set by the client. Training sessions may be centered on general security issues and concerns (i.e., a new virus or security threat) or may be as customized as addressing the need to provide the client’s employees with information on user responsibility and details of pertaining to their internal security policy.

Security Devices
Should a client decide to undertake the responsibility of managing their security, Mana Security will provide clients with a certified technician to train the them on how to properly install, manage, and administer their firewall and any added service.
